My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are huge and fairly new, but could use more festive design to enhance the jungle explorer theme. The decor is beautiful and the space is ample. The service was friendly and helpful overall, even going out of their way to apologize with a special gift in a situation where it wasn't their fault, though some staff lacked a smile and used a curt tone. The location is suitable for those with private cars, even though the hotel provides a shuttle bus. It's just 5 minutes from Disney Land, making it perfect for some, but far from other attractions. The dining options had a wide variety of food, but lacked baked beans and halal choices.
